Topic I: PA Indoctrination of Children to Aspire Death for Allah - Shahada

The indoctrination of Palestinian children to aspire Death for Allah - Shahada - has been PA policy since the start of the war in October 2000. The most prominent means was indoctrination via music videos. Leaders, even of a children's association, express pride in their teaching children to aspire Shahada death. Children talk of their personal desire to die as Shahids.

Topic II: Teaching Hatred via Music Videos and Culture

The Palestinian Authority goes to great lengths to promote hatred of Jews and Israelis. Many hateful film clips have been produced and broadcast repeatedly, often for hours a day.

Topic III: Children are Combatants in PA ideology

Short indoctrination clips and music videos for children, promoting violence as an ideal that is expected of them, have been broadcast daily on PATV, often for several hours a day.

Topic IV: Denying Israels Right to Exist and Anticipating its Destruction

One of the pillars of Palestinian ideology is the denial of Israels right to exist. Jewish history is rewritten and Jewish historical presence in the Land of Israel is denied. All the agreements are temporary. Palestinian TV regularly broadcasts, songs, dance, sermons and music videos encouraging Arabs to anticipate, visualize and hope for Israels destruction and replacement by a future Palestine.

Topic V: Inciting to Genocide: PA Racism and Anti-Semitism

This section cites examples of the systematic Antisemitism of the Palestinian Authority. The PA teaches that Jews are inherently evil and the cursed enemy of God [Allah]. Jewish traditions are distorted and presented as corrupt. Killing Jews is presented as a religious obligation and the battle with Israel is said to be not over borders, but part of Islams war against Jews.

Topic VI: PA Support of Suicide Terror and Murder

The Palestinian Authority leadership utilizes the Palestinian media to register its unqualified promotion of terror, including suicide terrorism, by glorifying suicide bombers and their terror acts.

Topic VII: Understanding Shahada - Death for Allah & Jihad

Particularly since Sept 11, it is essential to understand the Islamic motivation of suicide terrorists. Shahada - Death for Allah - as a religious tenet of Palestinian Islam, is different than Martyrdom in Judeo -Christian tradition. In Palestinian Islam, a person must yearn to Die for Allah, or he is not a complete Muslim. The promotion of Shahada includes promises of heavenly rewards, including 72 virgins of Paradise. Jihad - war for Allah - is said to be a religious necessity.

Topic VIII: Mothers Express Joy at Sons Death for Allah

In order to present Shahada-seeking as a popular and broad based phenomenon, the Palestinian Authority gives significant media exposure to parents who praise their children's choice to die: The best Mothers Day present I got this year was the death as a Shahid of Abbas" was quoted in the Palestinian Authority official daily, Al-Hayat Al-Jadida.
